Q: Why fermented Ginseng and not regular Ginseng?

A: The fermenting process for Ginseng actually makes the nutrients within the root more absorbable, allowing your body to make the best out of it. It might make the process more troublesome but what you get is an easier to absorb and better tasting product so we think it's well worth it.

Q: Where are your Ginsengs sourced from?

A: Our Ginsengs are sourced from Korea and are aged for a minimum of 5-6 years before being prepared for your enjoyment.

Q: How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

A: Once your order has been placed, you will receive an auto-generated email confirmation a few minutes after you’ve made your order. *Please ensure that the email you’ve provided us is valid* If you have not received the confirmation email after 10 minutes, do take a look at your spam folder. Q: How long will shipping take?

A: Local shipping will normally take about 3-4? Working days. International shipping will take about 5-7? Working days.

Q: Can I cancel my order and be refaunded?

A: Yes, you can, please email in your cancellation request at: support@theimperialsuperfoods.com as quickly as possible, we will cancel the order and will refund you with store credit of equal value to your purchase. If your order has not yet been sent out for delivery, we will proceed to cancel your order. However, if your order has already been shipped out for delivery, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Q: Can I consume your Ginseng concentrate if I’m pregnant?

A: We will advise you to consult your doctor before consuming.

Q: How does the subscription work?

A: Once you’ve started your subscription, you can select when you would like to receive your orders, once you’ve made your payment, we will send your orders out to you. Your card will be billed monthly once you’ve made a subscription and your orders will be sent to you during the period you’ve selected.

Rest assured that you can cancel the subscription any time, no questions asked.

Q: When is the next billing date and cycle for my subscription?

A: Your billing cycle will begin on the day you subscribe, and the recurring payments will be billed following the next monthly interval.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: You can cancel your subscription via the *cancel button on our website?* Or you may reach out to us at: support@imperialsuperfoods.com to cancel your subscription. Do also provide your details and order number to us if you are making a cancellation request.

Q: What changes can I make to my subscription?

A: You can change the period of when you would like to receive your monthly supply, edit your upcoming order date. You can add another item into your subscription, or remove an item as well.
